easy crispy roasted potatoes

Easy crispy roasted potatoes INGREDIENTS 2   pounds   (1 kg) potatoes,   cut into 1-inch cubes 2   tablespoons   good quality olive oil or canola oil 1   teaspoon   sea salt 3/4   teaspoon   freshly ground black pepper 2   tablespoons   minced garlic,   (or 8 cloves garlic, minced) 2   tablespoons   fresh chopped parsley STRUCTIONS HOW TO ROAST POTATOES Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly spray a baking sheet or tray with cooking oil spray. Arrange potatoes on sheet in a single layer. Drizzle with the oil and season with salt, pepper and garlic. Toss so potatoes are evenly seasoned.  Roast in the oven for 45-55 minutes while flipping occasionally, until crisp and golden. Remove the potatoes from the oven and season with a little extra salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle over with parsley and serve immediately

Potato Bake with chicken

Potato Bake with chicken Ingredients 2 1/2 lbs  breast cubed chicken 3 oz.  Bacon bits 1 (22 oz.)  jar alfredo sauce 2 1/2  cubed yellow gold potatoes 1 (15 oz.)  Italian dressing 1  onion, diced Steps Marinate cubed chicken for 2 hrs using 1/2 of a bottle of Italian dressing. Melt 3 sticks of butter in 13×9 pan. Add cubed potatoes in butter. Saute diced onions and 3 oz of bacon bits in separate skillet til golden brown. Add the onion mixture to potatoes. Pour the second half of the bottle over the potatoes.Bake for 1 hr at 425. Drain left over butter. Add chicken mixture to the potatoes and bake for 45 minutes. Stir mixture together in pan. Spread the mixture evenly out in the pan. Then drizzle the 22 oz jar of alfredo sauce over the entire mixture. Sprinkle 4 oz of shredded mozzarella and provolone cheese. Sprinkle 1 oz of bacon bits. mashed  potatoes and Oven baked mince Ingredients  8 servings 1 kg  bag of potatoes 1 kg  Beef mince meat 4 tbsp  Margarine 2 tbsp  original aromat 2  chicken stock cubes 1 cup  milk/4tbsp powdered milk 1  chopped onion 2 tbsp  steak and chops spice 1 tsp  BBQ spice 2 tbsp  chutney and bbq sauce Steps Peel off your potatoes, cut them into cubes and rinse them and bring them to boil with the chicken cubes Once they are soft and the water is finished add your rama, milk and aromat and stir while you mash and switch off the stove leaving the pot on the hot plate. Fry the chopped onion with the spices Once fried add the mince meat and stir. A few minutes later add 2 tbsp of chutney and bbq sauce and leave to fry till cooked. Once both the mash and mince are cooked put them on an oven pan making layers of both the potatoes and mince and bake for about 20min at 150 degrees and serve with any salad of your choice. Mash Potatoes  with  Lemon Pepper Ingredients 6  Potatoes Peeled and Diced into cubes 5 Tsp  or more Butter 3  Tblsp Milk 3 tsp  Lemon Pepper and Herb Sauce 1 1/2 tsp  Salt 1 tsp  Freshly Ground Black Pepper Steps Dice and boil your potatoes till tender and soft. Once done remove from heat and drain. Using a Potatoe masher, mash potatoes till fine. Add in all your ingredients and mix well till smooth. Serve up with a sprinkling of more black pepper and enjoy.

Then pour your margarine into the pot and pour the baking powder and mash the potatoes with green beans Also add salt and pepper to taste on your potatoes The potatoes are cooked and ready to be served with any meal
